TPV Airport Transportation and War Against Trash have teamed up to help make Puerto Vallarta more beautiful.
Iliana and Fernando Sanchez, of TPV Airport Transportation along with John Benus of War Against Trash have came together to clean up the rivers and streets of Puerto Vallarta. This is a huge undertaking, but it is one that is necessary for the health and well-being of the community. It is important to keep our city clean and free of debris, and we appreciate the efforts of TPV Airport Transportation and War Against Trash in this regard!
Rio Camarones Clean Up
On June 06th, 2022 a team of 35 TPV Airport Transportation employees set out in the early morning to clean Rio Camarones and and nearby streets in Puerto Vallarta.
The day started at 8:00 am and lasted until mid-afternoon. It was quite a sight to see with everyone in their green War Against Trash hats.
A total of 50 bags of trash were collected with an audience of onlookers.
Some of the biggest liter culprits were; bus tickets, cans of beer, cigarette butts, toys, various documents, and clothing.
It was really great timing too as the heavy rains came that night which would have undoubtably brought the river trash into Banderas Bay.
TPV Airport Transportation would like to give a big thank you to their employees who participated in this event and also to War Against Trash for teaming up with them.
Future Puerto Vallarta Cleanups
