Within a three block walking distance south of the Puerto Vallarta airport, Ooki Sushi is our go-to sushi spot for lunch in Puerto Vallarta. They have really creative rolls and cones for an amazing price. It is the perfect place to kill time before or after a flight.
Gabistro
If you arrive to Puerto Vallarta early in the morning or by lunch time, Gabistro has amazing health and decadent breakfast, brunch, and lunch options for you to enjoy. It is just around the corner from Ookii Sushi. The atmosphere is really chic and great for photos as well. Prices are definitely reasonable for what you get.
Tacon De Marlin
Tacon De Marlin is and has been a Puerto Vallarta airport staple. Here you will see locals, airport employees, and tourists enjoying fish tacos and burritos. It always smells amazing when you walk by because of the al pastor spit cooking up some marlin. They have a fun atmosphere with good music and is a perfect way to kick off your vacation. All you need to do is head east from the Puerto Vallarta airport, cross the walking bridge and walk straight one block until you see the michelada stand.
